Stewardship
A recurring theme for me the last several years has been mindfulness around being a good steward of what I have (my health, my relationships, my belongings), the things I focus on (my job, my studies, my extra-curricular activities) and my environment (my living/working spaces, my community, the outdoors).
I revel in exploring, including the outdoors (hiking, camping, backpacking, etc.), new towns/cities (where I can never get tired of walking the streets), and fun places to stop along the way.
I also love trail-running and lifting heavy things in the gym.
